I have bought vbucks and can't claim them

I bought a vbucks pack in the xbox page, then I linked my xbox account to my epic account, so the vbucks are not in my account. Is there any way to get them?

You need to log in to Fortnite on an Xbox device for them to show up in your Fortnite account, you can't just link your accounts
