Ive been having issues with this for the past two years and haven't found a solution its the name under the gamer tag #0000

need assistance cause I can't find an online equivalent of
Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Profile > How you look

all the online helps mention "edit the account info https://account.microsoft.com/profile/" but I can only change my real name on the account.

and when I try to access the xbox account privacy settings from the app it opens the browser and leads me to a whole lot of nothing where the page says "This page isn’t working
account.xbox.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 502"
