im trying to sign out of an account but its auto signing me into the same one when i click sign in, when i log out of all other things and click "not you?" it doesnt work 💀

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

its automatically giving me the prompt to sign into a different xbox account than the one i want to sign into, when i click "Not You?" to try and put in my email for the other one it doesnt take me anywhere and doesnt work

Sorry, I should have been more clear with the what. What are you using that you’re trying to sign on? Are you trying to sign to Windows OS?

Try signing out on the Microsoft store app.

Are signed in on any other Microsoft apps, like Teams or Office?

Sorry, commonly it’s because it auto signs in to the same account logged in on the store.
