360 store shut down, and 360 is discontinued. So check your local drift store for used games and controller.

In 2015 I bought that 360 E console and I was told that I will be getting service after sale

#

Just let me know if I can locally get a new 360 E controller

My bad, I thought it was already shutdown. 2024 is correct. But can’t help you with a jailbroken console.

🚨 12. Certain topics are not appropriate for discussion, such as: game sharing outside of your household, self-repair and disassembly of hardware, piracy, emulation, violating Xbox policies or Terms of Service, explicit material, not-safe-for-work topics, discussion of leaks, and questionable or illegal activities. Other topics are subject to moderator discretion.

NOTE: Even though Xbox is offering controller repair kits for sale now, self-repair discussion in this server beyond linking to said kits is still not allowed. Self-repair requires a moderate level of skill and knowledge to do and any errors in doing self-repair can result in damage that is not covered under any warranty. If you have questions that are not answered by the guides linked off the controller parts pages in the store, you likely do not posses the skills or knowledge for performing the self-repair and should seek out a repair shop to perform your repair.
