why am I unable to hear my headset

I have it plugged in with max volume and I can't hear a thing and my Xbox identifies it but still nothing

Yes

It's connected and it's registered as a headset but I can't hear anything I plugged it in my phone and the audio workw

It only works in voice chat for games tho

its the one under headset volume but above mic monitoring

If the chat mixer is greyed out, your headset is being detected as mono.
