Not much of a thing I need help with unless there’s a way to enable this. Why can’t my clips pick up game chat or party chat audio and only game sound

There is no setting. Clips are recorded without voice because of privacy.

Only few games have gamechat picked up in recording but overall voices aren't recorded sadly
