I got a problem, my xbox one s controller is not connecting to my console I tried to do the sync thing and it flashes then when it connects it vibrates 2 times then disconnects and does the same thing all over again

#

Please someone help me out

#

I've tried wired and battery's it just won't connect

#

It turns off when it connects

Leave your controller connected with the wire, and do a full Xbox restart. Hold down the power button until it turns off, then turn back on. You should see the Xbox logo on the screen first.

Ok

#

I done it

#

It's completely off now

#

And the controller is wired to the console now

#

Now I'm turning it back on

#

It shows the xbox one logo

#

@native crescent I turned the controller on it didn't connect its doing the same thing as before

The controller should auto turn on

It didn't, I had to turn it myself on

Sounds like you have a bad wire. But try resyncing your controller

It should reconnect after syncing.

It connects then disconnects

#

Like it vibrates 2 times

#

And then disconnects

Find a different wire. Restart with wire should clear the cache and auto sync the controller.

My controller port was destroyed I had it changed but it still disconnected with the wire and then the dude said the only way "He" can fix it by completing putting the wire inside the controller so it doesn't disconnect

#

It worked it was fixed for almost 2 weeks and now here I am

#

Yesterday it was working and now it just won't connect

#

@native crescent

#

ITS FIXED

#

TYSSSM THE RESTARTING FIXED IT

#

Cool. Might have been a loose connection. Restart is the normal fix to resync.
