#Can’t see library or store

For a few days now, every time I open my Xbox app on PC, I can’t access my library or store. I’ve tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app, restarting my laptop, tried updating my PC, Microsoft Store, and Xbox app, tried joining Xbox insider hub like this user https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxGamePass/comments/11u859d/xbox_game_pass_pc_app_not_working/, tried following Lucas Layer’s advice from this https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/xbox-app-not-showing-library/6c460902-28a4-424b-9e4b-c0c10aed1d51, nothing has worked. My dad changed my default install location to a different drive which made the app work until I closed and reopened it and it was broken again, and that method isn’t working now. My Xbox app just says “Games you play will show up here” for my library and “No results found” if I try to go to the store. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Ok so I seem to have fixed the problem, I’m not 100% sure what exactly the issue was but I uninstalled my expired free trial of an anti malware program that was causing some issues, made a new user on my laptop and tried it there because my old one used a broken email that didn’t match my Microsoft email, and updated + restarted my computer, then I just had to go through and reinstall all my gamepass games and my data was still there

Never mind 😭 I closed the app and reopened it and it’s broken itself again

yeah i thought it was firewall or anti virus issues. it worked when i disabled everything but like you said once i closed it, it didn't work again. @solar ridge
