I recently bout a 50$ Xbox gift card and went to redeem it on the PC Xbox app under the impression that the two Microsoft wallets were combined. To my horrible surprise I found out that the pc and Xbox wallet are different. Is there any way that I can transfer the 50$ to my Xbox Microsoft wallet so i can use the credit on my console?
#Is there anyway to transfer Microsoft PC Wallet to Microsoft Xbox Wallet?

they are the same
Are you sure? When I went on my Xbox, after redeeming the code, and looked at my wallet there was no change.
Even after reseting my console twice there was 0 change
I'm very sure I did not. If there was a way I could send you a screenshot I could show that its on the same account but shows as two different wallets.
make sure console and pc is set to correct location
ok
ill try that
Made sure both locations are correct and it didn't change anything
There is only one wallet but different currencies are separate and cannot be used interchangeably, as MightBTired was implying. If you look on account.microsoft.com you should be able to see the history.
So would I have to buy another gift card or is there anyway Xbox support would be able to move the pc currency to the xbox one?
As Em said, there is only one wallet. It's the same account. It's not Xbox currency and PC currency. It's based on Country currency. IE: If you have US Dollars in once case and Canadian Dollars in another, and no, support cannot move currency around. If that is what you did, that's on you for purchasing the wrong currency for your region.
What you may be dealing with though is that you may be signed in to a different account entirely on your PC than your Xbox in which case you redeemed the gift card to the wrong account and support can't help with redeemed codes either.
I hope you've double checked account.microsoft.com to make sure you know what money is where. I think https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?refd=account.microsoft.com may be the direct link.
I made sure the country currency is the same. Once I go to the link provided it says "Microsoft account balance: Multiple Currencies" but then when I click "manage" to see more details it has two different items. One that says "50 USD" and another that says "3.01 USD" (which is the amount I previously had on my Xbox). Kind of confused on how it can be 'multiple currencies' even though they are both USD. I also made sure that the account on each device is the same :/ Even when I go on my Xbox(on the same account on my pc) and go to Settings > Account > Payment & Billing > Payment Options > Microsoft account balance it shows the 50 USD and 3.01 USD as both available but when I go to purchase something in the store only the 3.01 shows up.
It's probably further separated by region. Is there nothing on the two different items stating what region the stored value is for?
At any rate, this is probably where you need to contact actual support to figure out why you have two different stored values and how your account got into that state. I'm not sure if you've been moving between countries or such. I wouldn't hold out hope that they'll be able to do anything to rectify your issue but you should at least be able to find out why. And certainly, they are the only ones who could do anything (if possible).
No, I don't see any additional information.
Ok, I appreciate you guys patience and help. Hopefully Ill be able to get the problem resolved
