How do I turn off Recurring Billing? I don't have a subscription on but how do I turn it off without having a subscription?

Yes because its a trail code you need a card to redeem it. You then turn off the automatic billing on your account after you redeemed the code. Because then you would have a sub. account.microsoft.com/services
