everytime i plug anything into my controller and i put them on its as if theres like s screeching or like static?? ik its not the headphone jack atleast for my bluetooth headphomes bc i can plug them into my phone and they work fine, same with my earbuds i dont know what to do!! please help!!!

It may be due to the mic monitoring setting. When you have your headphones plugged in, press the xbox button, go to the bottom right where the audio symbol is, then turn Mic Monitoring all the way down
