Im on mobile, i was playing on the cloud thing but when i woke up and i open the xgp my access gone

U see when u didn't connect ur account but u still Can see games on the holder, i have this but im connected and i have the ultimate pass
What exactly happens when you try to launch a game on cloud? Do you see any error?
If there's an error give the full and exact text of the error.
Which model phone? How are you connecting - browser or the app?
What have you tried so far?
Restart my phone, disconnect my account, change the connexion, desinstall the app
And talking to the virtual agent
Cleared the cash too
