I just open the xgp as per usual but idk why but i can't play on my phone and i already have the ultimate

Im on mobile, i was playing on the cloud thing but when i woke up and i open the xgp my access gone

U see when u didn't connect ur account but u still Can see games on the holder, i have this but im connected and i have the ultimate pass

What exactly happens when you try to launch a game on cloud? Do you see any error?
