Right, but that's why I was asking to confirm you didn't remember the password to your gmail, because you could always log in to gmail on the web via a computer if you remembered that password
But if you don't even remember your email's password, did you ever set up a backup account for recovering / resetting the password of your gmail account?

If you don't remember your email password either and you never set up a recovery for that email address to be able to reset the password there either, then no.
