my Xbox won't connect to my wired internet

My Xbox does this randomly, it just doesn't want to connect to my Ethernet cable at all. It usually fixes itself after like a month or at the extreme case of last year, 5 month. How do I fix this? I've tried changing the cable and the whole router too, and the cable works just fine on everything else.

the additional authentication needed message is to do with your network your using nothing to do with xbox. This is because your using a public network that requires a log in.
