I have an xbox serise s and I got recently got headphones. I wanted to use them but audio won't go to my headphone. I've looked at videos and nome of them work. I had the same issue with my xbox 1s

Plug the headphones in to the bottom of the controller and it should just work

If only some audio is going to the headset then check your settings in the Chat Mixer

The headphones need to be stereo and have a plug that the controller recognizes as stereo
