Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
I have a Xbox series S and when I hold the clip button on controller nothing pops up but when I open the menu and clip or take a screen shot it says “Not enough space to capture” even though I do more than enough space to capture clips and screenshots. I have tried resetting my Xbox and turning clipping on and off. I have and it told me to turn clips on and off
how are you sure you have "enough" storage?
