Xbox S Static IP not working | XBOX | Page 1

I am trying to set a static ip on my xbox one s and after setting it when back in the advanced setting, ip shows ad 0.0.0.0 with subnet being 0.0.0.0 and when it check my connection after setting the static ip, I get "We're not sure what's wrong with the error code 0x0000000000000100

You cant use 0.0.0.0

you need to set it to an IP in your range

192.x.x.x

10.x.x.x

rancid lagoon You cant use 0.0.0.0

I set it to 192.168.10.10 and the subnet to 255.255.255.0 and it reverts back to 0.0.0.0 for both after setting them up

Why do you even need to do that?
