I just lost an account because my xbox had to hard restart, and when I went to go sign in it with the email it didn't let me sign in, but instead made me make a new account. But the old account is still up too, so now I have two accounts under one email how do I get my old one?

It is not possible to have “two accounts on one email”
An Xbox account is a Microsoft account and a Microsoft account is connected to an email address.
An MSA can have a main email address and a couple secondary login email aliases, but all of those can only be connected to that one single account.
