#Captures from Xbox Network not uploading to OneDrive

Captures (both screenshots and game clips) on the Xbox Network are not able to be uploaded to OneDrive. It pops up with a frowny face and says “Something went wrong. Sorry, we can’t share this right now. Try again in a while.”
I’ve tried uploading directly from a few captures, as well as using the Manage tool. That pops up with “Failed to upload one of the items. Sorry, something went wrong attempting to upload one of the items. The items selected have not been uploaded.”
I have tried captures on the console and those upload just fine. Also, even if the capture is on the console, if it’s also uploaded to the Network it still won’t upload to OneDrive
I’d like to be able to get all of my captures uploaded before they get deleted.

Does it fail to upload all of your captures? If not, how many fail? Have you filed a bug on this after seeing the failure? Also, have you tried to copy the captures to an external USB drive?

It doesn’t say how many fail, and I have over 390 captures. I haven’t tested each one individually so I’m not sure. And I don’t have a PC to format a drive to NTFS
Also I’m not sure where to file a bug for that

#

My current drives aren’t formatted for captures

I'm curious about how many end up on OneDrive after you try the upload.

My OneDrive is being weird as well. All the tabs say “Something went wrong” and it’s not showing any files at all

That may have something to do with it

Yeah but captures from my console have no issue acting like they can upload to OneDrive. It’s weird

it’s only when they’re on the Network
