i’ve had the 102 error for years now and cannot do anything with my xbox, my only option for the trouble shoot method is remove everything, i cannot do anything and if i click remove everything will it completely delete my account? or will i still be able to log into it with all its old data saved when i log in?

Xbox uses cloud game saves and stuff.
Your account, purchase history, friend list, achievements, etc are all stored in the cloud
