Controller bugging

Hey anyone know when i touch my controller it starts spazzing out and hitting random buttons

Have you dropped it, spilled anything on it, pressed buttons too hard, gave it to weird nephew with the iPad?

it also hits the opposite button

When i press rb it will hit lb right after

And im stuck in a loop and unable to play or configure

How long ago did you buy it, and where from?

Does it have a warranty on it?

Il be honest just take it back and see if it can be replaced if it does have warranty, will be way easier than scouring the internet for a fix that might not exist, sounds like the controller might just be broken inside somewhere
