3 years since i’ve played fortnite on the actual app because I get an error code when i install that says The item you’re trying to use appears to be corrupt.Yes i’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling.error code 0x80070570.Plz help me fix this someone.Xbox one btw

well bad news, if it's a bad hdd there's nothing can do about it. but you try an external hdd.
