If I delete a game from the console and install it again on the same console or install it on another console on the same xbox account will I lose the progress? Your progress will always stay and come with you, even if you uninstall the game.
The Xbox automatically uploads your save data every time you close and/or uninstall a game, and it will automatically load on the next console or game installation for you to continue playing where you left of.
