apex fix

I open Xbox, then I open my Apex Legends game, it loads, then it sends me back to my Xbox games section, what should I do?

Restart your console by holding the power button and unplugging it

I held down the power button, turned off my console, then unplugged it, and when I turned it on, the same problem persists.

Does it give you any kind of error code and/ or error message?

No, it doesn't, I just open Apex, after the electronic arts text, it takes me to the games section.

when you say your games selection you mean the game is crashing to home?

When I open the game, the game does not open after the loading screen.

It throws me back to the xbox menu screen

I deleted the game and reinstalled it and I'm getting the error again.

I full restart always fixed that for me or a reinstall.

Try clearing your MAC see if that helps settings network advance Clear MAC then you should be promoted to restart.

MAC addresses do not have anything to do with whether a game can be launched or not.
