#Confusion in the turlish lira currency in microsoft store
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
It should be pretty obviosu what it means though. Whether you use a comma or a decimal to seperate the 'dollars and cents' in a currency, only one version will ever make sense.
If you use commas:
500,00 would be 500 'dollars' and zero 'cents
500.00 would not have enoguh digits to be a real number. (it would need to be 500.000 to be 500000 dollars)
The reverse is true for decimals.
You can also use your context clues.
For example:
1.000 V-Bucks costs 120,00 lira.
So 5.000 V-Bucks should cost around 5 times as much. So around 600,00 lira. The store says it is 500, so.... that makes sense.
so it is 15 pounds in gbp
yellow flags are going up
you shoudl not be buying things in stores that you don't live in.
iam in turkey bro
i'm getting a strong sense that you're not actually turkish
go in general chat
if you lived in turkey you'd probably know how your current works lmao
originally from pakistan, born in leeds rn in turkey for a month cuz my mom has a conference thingi
happy?
you need to use the store that matches your credit card address
you didn't move to turkey, your address didn't change, you need to continue to use the real store that works with your credit card
how do u know?
what if i didnt change it
use the store that matches where your credit card says you live
