Hi, I recently tried to log back into my Xbox series s for the first time in a little while, and I was greeted with a message saying that they detected suspicious activity on my account and I can’t log back in. I have been trying the recovery process, and there are a few options which aren’t really working out. Firstly, it asks me what type of Xbox I play on most often… out of Xbox one and Xbox 360. I sold my Xbox one over a year ago, and Xbox series s/x isn’t an option. Then, it asks me for my ‘Xbox live device id’ which according to google is a 12 digit code starting with FD. The only option I have in console info is ‘Xbox network device id’ which is a long combination starting with F and then a D 5 numbers later.
This doesn’t help the fact that I can’t remember a lot of the details I put in when setting up the account because I created the account when I was younger and either my mum made the account or I put in random details.
