My controller has been working flawlessly for the past 3 weeks. And today my LB button just stopped working. It only works if I either press hard on the button or I press the right side of the button. Is there a fix or I need to get a new controller?

If it's under warranty, send it in for repair. If not, then best to buy a new one unless you can find a local repair place with a reasonable price.
