I know this probably isn't the best place for this. If so, I apologize, but Xbox Support is closed for the night. I accidentally, hit something allowing someone to cast to my Xbox. For some reason it made my screen smaller and I couldn't figure out how to get rid of them. I disabled everything remotely to be sure, but for some reason, it still didn't fix it. With no options left, I changed my password and then factory reset my console. Upon redoing all my information, it asked me my resolution, and by picking the 1080, it fixed the screen issue. That's now back to normal, my only question remains, how do I know they're no longer connected. What do I do? Is there someone that is knowledge on such things that might be able to dm me on this. I'm worried that they might somehow have all my important info..Thank you, and sorry if I posted this in the wrong channel. It happened on my Xbox One. I checked my Xbox Series X to make sure that one was okay, and it was. I'm guessing they could only see from the One and not based on account?

What do you mean "casting to your Xbox"? Do you mean they were connecting by Remote Play? Doing so would not have affected your screen resolution, and there is no other way for someone to see what you are doing on your console.

If you want to block Remote Play just make sure that Remote Features are turned off in Settings.
