#My Xbox won't let me sign into my account.

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
- My Xbox Series X is not letting me sign into my Microsoft account
- I have tried hard rebooting, holding the Xbox button for 10 seconds, and unplugging.
- I have researched the problem on the internet and tried everything like rebooting and holding the button for 10 seconds.
- This is not specific at all. This could mean everything. Does it say wrong password? No internet connection? Look, I really would try to help you, but it’s on you how well this will work.
But you can log in on the website? What about Xbox app on your phone or pc?
Does it give you an error?
Is it a new account? Did you verified your email? I had something similar once, and there was a problem with my password or something. Can’t remember exactly tbh. But if you can check your account on the website, look for any error messages.
You could try to change your password too
