I just got a new Xbox today and it's telling me I can't sign into my account. I tried everything I could and followed YouTube tutorials but nothing helped.

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

  1. What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
  2. What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
  3. Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
  4. If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

  1. This is not specific at all. This could mean everything. Does it say wrong password? No internet connection? Look, I really would try to help you, but it’s on you how well this will work.

Is it a new account? Did you verified your email? I had something similar once, and there was a problem with my password or something. Can’t remember exactly tbh. But if you can check your account on the website, look for any error messages.

You could try to change your password too
