Hi so i play a game called Dead by Daylight and the problem is i haven’t gotten my auric cells for 15 days I’ve contacted BHVR support and they sent me over to Xbox support then Xbox support sent me back to bhvr and I can’t get any refund so some help would be really nice #general-chat

This is volunteer support. If you couldn't get help from either official support nobody here's going to be able to do anything more than that.
