mouse glitching

Anyone knows why my mouse glitches on warzone?
like when whenever i press a button on my mouse, my character aims towards somewhere else.
It also happens on halo infinite. It makes the game unplayable

I wish i could send a video to explain how but i cant

I dont feel like my mouse is the problem, since it only happens on warzone and halo for now

I've tried on games like minecraft, insurgency sandstorm and it works

Sea of thieves works also
