Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

The most recent OS
We tried power cycling
And restarting
The internet is very vague and won't give us anything
And the help desk won't respond
What exactly says it's a hardware problem? What is the full and exact error message you see and where do you see that?
What did you power cycle? The console? The router? Both?
Had my friend try all of the methods.
Id have to ask him about that other stuff.
I strongly suggest that when troubleshooting, the person whoh is having the problem and doing the steps be the one to be doing the posting/chatting
