xbox 1 isn't updating | XBOX | Page 1

used the console when I bought it and then left it in storage for a few years and taking it out now and it has updates piled up. when I try to update, it keeps giving me this error. even tried resetting the entire console. still the same error. it just doesn't update. pls help

If you've followed all the steps on the support page for the error, the only thing I can think of doing at this point is to contact official support and see if they may have any additional insight. If not, you might just have to get the console repaired, which can (and likely will since it's years out of warranty) incur a pretty hefty sum.
