Certain games for example fh5, have a manage button on the store when you go to install it rather than an install button. Whenever I click on manage it doesn't show the install options but it tells "check back in a little bit, we're having trouble getting back your stuff now"

as a solution I'm just installing the base game and add ons separately now

@shadow turret Your bug still hasn't come through - did you do it with your linked gamertag? Can you try reporting it again after you repro the issue?
