So I was just tryna refund my product, I brought from the Microsoft store, (in game currency) and then, I saw that my product was declined, 💀, and now I have nothing, Tried contacting support, the articles didn’t lead to anything. for a more clear statement, I tried to refund my product which I saw went to a email which I don’t associate to, and then I changed it, checked if my refund was approved, unfortunately they declined for like no reason, and now I wasted 50$ for nothing. 💀💀💀

ALSO, I DID NIT USE THE CURRENCY YET, AS IT WASNT ADDED TO MY BALANCE.

almost impossible getting hold of the game dev, roblox has too much traffic on there refunding program.

If you brought the currency on the microsoft store it should be added to your account not sent on email.

try the website or submit a request online. but usually ingame stuff isnt refundable

fyi several my friends never could get it back when buying ingame currency like fifa points, fortnite vbucks etc

Almost no system (not just Xbox) allows for refunding in game currencies. There are too many possible ways to glitch that system

There is no “claiming” for purchases from the store. Once you buy it it’s yours even if you used the wrong email address.

Contact support if you have an issue with it, but there is no scam here.
