Profile Download Error

Ok so Basically, I'm Trying to download an profile at my Xbox 360. But during the download, it says this:
"Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem.
80151103"
Anyone knows how to fix?

Already checked that link, those fixing methods didnt help at all

when you say they didnt work could you explain what didnt work exactly?
Do you also use 2 factor authentication on your account?

Ok so,
Solution n1: i already checked and everything's fine
Solution n2: everything is fine
Solution n3: i dont have permission to do that, the account is mine but the email isnt.
Solution n4: i cant "re-download" since my objective is to download the account.

And i dont use 2 factor

your going to have to reset the password and for this you need access to the email address.

Hi, i just logged onto my xbox but none of my profile accounts are there????

you might be able too use a mobile if you linked one though but thats about it. If its the case that you no longer can get into that email then all you can do is try and do the account recovery on the support site. But with no access its going to be difficult to get into this account.
