I need a Microsoft person who can help me solve a problem
My account was stolen due to a malicious program and all security information has been replaced (no prompt was received). I then asked Xbox customer service (the address provided by the Minecraft community) to restore my account and filled out the recovery form. I also provided the transaction ID when purchasing Minecraft and a screenshot of the order information. However, CDOC permanently froze my account because all the account security information was replaced. I think this is unreasonable. I believe that Microsoft's system will record the security information before it is stolen, and the bill for purchasing the game can find the corresponding account and prove my ownership of the account. The screenshot of the purchase certificate cannot be obtained by account hackers. I believe it is enough to prove that I own the account.
