Hey can anyone help, my controller won’t work, it’s on and everything, but only LT, RT, and the sticks work, all the buttons, RB, LB, and D pad don’t work

I need help with this soon pls, it’s my day off and I wanted to chill but my controller just had to go ahead and do this

It just started doing a bunch of random movements spamming them, then started working, then stopped working, then started turning on and off randomly, now it’s back to broken

If you press and hold the console's power button for 10 seconds, it will force restart the console. Try again then.
