Xbox series x isn’t downloading physical games

For some reason my Xbox series x does nothing when I put a disc into it. Also I’ve had my Xbox series x for a few days now and during those days it would do nothing when I would put a disc into it

I forgot to mention but it can download games that are digital

try download the game from the mobile xbox app

or installing the disc offine

also do a hard reboot to see if it helps hold the power down till off and restart and then try
