Hello within a year i was trying to solve issue that when i open microsoft rewards on my xbox it says: "Update your console location go to system > settings > system language and location to match it to your current location" welp there is no my country (Latvia) so i set it to Germany as it has the same currency so i czn buy games. But the message still pops up. When i open the microsoft rewards from pc or mobile it has incorrect amout which i can spend so i would like to use xbox one. Is there anybody who could help me please or is it unfixable.

If your country is not supported for Microsoft Rewards then there's nothing that you can do. Changing region violates their terms of use, so could lead to the account being banned.

Basically if there isnt my country on the list i can get banned for that?

Also i changed my location to Germany so i could buy games with euro is that ban also?

Lying about your location is fraud. Lying about your location violates the Terms of Service that you agree to by using the service.

If you get banned it is not 'for no reason'. It's for a very valid reason.

So basically if i live in Latvia i cannot own a PS or Xbox yes so many logic in those rules.

No, it violates Xbox's Terms of Service. You won't be punished by the law, you'll be punished by Xbox.
