So, My friend has got his older brothers xbox because his brother got a series x, So he changed the username and everything was well, untill he tried a 360 game, (keep in mind that he changed the username and this is on a xbox one) And it says “Download Profile” and he Clicks the old user name account, which is also the one he changed names on, so it has the old username, So because his new username isnt there he clicks the old one, but he gets a error saying that he cant connect to wifi, or invalid password. pls help and this only happens when he trys to play 360 games on his xbox one online.
