#Xbox 360 red circle of death

I tried plugging my xbox in today to check it out and this happened, video below.

I can not send a video

In short it blinked red 11 times, only the middle light blinked red, none of the other 4

unless its counted as 4+3+2+1

and getting 11 means its all dead

Hate to say it but i think the 360 is dead Redring is a bad sign

Well it isnt a ring its just the middle light flickering

yeah not sure here now there is not a lot of info on this and help is thin on the 360

check the powerpack I just read that could be one of the issues or the cd drive dead or to hot google is no help and this all I found

if you have a Hard drive in it take it out and out back in (depends on the model some come out on the side)

Powerpack gives green, so it works
it is not to hot, it is not dirty
hard drive removed and it still did not work, gave the same errors
