So i booted my xbox one s or x the white one and all my profiles were gone upon signing back in and having to reconnect the wifi i am worried i may be missing something i have restarted no luck i use a 2tb drive to store most of my games nowadays but does anyone know what caused this?

All games not on the drive are here data looks intact? but it appears my controller settings have reset even though the console didnt need to resync the controller.
