delay when typing / moving (sometimes)

Sometimes usually at the start of each round in rainbow six siege. When I go onto my Xbox menu. There’s a massive delay. Same when I’m typing. Anyone got ideas. I also have a delay when moving in game at three start of rounds. Abt 2/3 times it’ll happen
