Xbox series X activity feed questions.

Hello!
I have one question. When i am in my activity/social feed and click on "post something" the system says me, that i can choose from one of my 20 last actions.
But the activitys. the menu shows me are some of my very old achivements from 2021, when i played games like Just Dance 2021 or FF15.

Is there a way to actualise it?

Also i tried to delete some older postings and then suddenly my whole list was deleted. I am just confuded that something could be bugged.
I already resetted the console once but nothing changed.

when you clicked on Get something to share it will show you your most recent captures. If the captures your looking for are not on that list. The you can pop to the captures app on Xbox and share them from there. Or the xbox app on mobile if the captures have been uploaded.

There is also a setting in preferences that will automatically always post captures too your feed so you dont have to do it manually each time.

Okay, thank you! I have seen there is a manually thing in the single achivements/captures.
But there is no way to auto update "the last 20" things in the recomments? 🙂
