hey guys so i have a question here. I got a bag of doritos from the recent promotion and decided to use the code on doritosxbox.com expecting a game pass ultimate month for free but i redeemed my code and i found that i got nothing on my xbox profile and i don't have the ultimate game pass...
The little promotion thingy says it's for FIRST time game pass ultimate users and i never bought game pass ultimate before but i bought a PC game pass before... that might make the promotion go void?
I'm also in the U.S btw

idk cuz it specifically says ultimate but when i redeemed the code it said something something you're eligble for game pass ultimate but i still didnt get anything yet

how do i contact support? and i also noticed that they keep changing websites and my reedemed code doesn't pop up in the Doritos codes section but i still have my 1 point so i think that might be it
like the website i redeemed the code in was doritosxbox.com but i check it again and i redirect to doritosdexrockstar.com
