Can't add custom image for pfp on the new xbox app for pc | XBOX | Page 1

I had to get the new xbox software on my pc today because the old xbox software was no longer supported, I can't figure out how to add an image for a custom profile picture.

The old app made it pretty easy, where it had a choose custom gamerpic option at the top of the customization panel, I can't find out where that button is on the new app
