Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

For love of pete, I already told you. If you dont believe me, then I will show you picture.
You can see my message with agent live person and it locked me out cuz my computer is very slow and I click wrong button. I dont know how to reset the chat message.
I already tried with my friend's xbox series s and my xbox one, both are same thing. Same error message.
If there is no other way, then only I can do is tell my friend that he need replace 1tb hdd that he got from store.
The error message in the screenshot is very clear, the storage is not fast enough, it's not a USB 3.0 drive, it's being detected as a USB 2.0 drive.
@uncut flax But the port color is blue. Meaning 3.0 usb with B type cord. Which is same as mine that I have 3 of them.
Drive itself can be slow, happens a lot with lower cost drives - especially with flash drives
