I used to play rainbow six siege but as of around August 25th I completely lost ownership of the game. It tells me I now need gamepass to play even though I never had gamepass to begin with. I bought the game years ago, have 4 days played, game clips, achievements, and Microsoft support refuses to help me. I bought in game credits and a Doc DLC which both show up inside my purchase history but not the game itself. I remember buying a version of the game for $10 that I think included this dlc. I’ve also opened up a case for Ubisoft and they responded asking for proof of ownership and when I told them my situation they never responded. I have also gone on a call for Microsoft support and the man on the phone ignored then hung up on me after 40 minutes. Pls help

If there is a reason I haven’t gotten a response, please let me know🙏🏻. I don’t use discord often and I have no idea if I stepped over a guideline or not.
