Hi after my xbox update and alil before the update my xbox been getting random 100% packet loss ive tried sooo many troubleshooting but not working i talked to a microsoft agent and he said if it was on my end i wouldnt be able to play games or download with 100% packet loss soo he thinks its their end has anyone else having this issue?

Are@you actually experiencing a problem,
Or are you just seeing that number when using the Xbox built in network test option
@odd jasper im seeing it when im testing my connection it goes to 0% sometimes then it goes to 100% when i test it again
Ignore it. That test thing is broken and gives busted packet loss numbers.
If you are not actually experiencing a problem there is no reason to use the troubleshooters
@odd jasper it lets me play games but i think that issue is lagging my game alil bit because of it
